In this experience, you can enjoy a geisha dance performance while savoring a delectable and luxurious kaiseki meal and two glasses of sake, beer or non-alcoholic beverages at a private Japanese dining room in Western Tokyo (Hachioji).
Geisha are the epitome of Japanese hospitality. Known for creating a unique environment for the guests they entertain through conversation, performances and games, geisha dedicate their lives to mastering traditional arts, training in dancing, singing and playing traditional instruments, as well as refining their communication skills to become excellent hosts. Watching a geisha performance is a great way for visitors to experience traditional Japanese culture

Kaiseki is, simply put, Japanese haute cuisine: elegant, beautifully prepared meals served on special occasions. Similar to Japanese tea ceremony, the food itself is only one element of the kaiseki. Dishes are carefully curated according to season, tableware of the highest quality and exceptional thought goes into how each dish is presented so it appears as a work of art.
This experience will take place at a traditional Japanese dining room in Hachioji in Western Tokyo. Only a 40-minute train ride from Shinjuku, the green expanse of Hachioji’s forested mountains and quiet suburbs provide a different perspective from Tokyo’s hectic urban life.
